Joe is Co-Partner in Secure Horizons Financial, LLC and the President of Angel Brokerage, Inc. As an Executive Recruiter in the Life Insurance industry for 28 years, Joe has worked with Fortune 500 Life Insurance Companies domestically and internationally. Joe has placed over 300 candidates in both Field Distribution and Home Office positions.

For 13 years, Joe has taught Music Appreciation and Film to Special Needs Adults at the "Life Experience School" in Millis, MA. He produced and directed a 45 min documentary on the Life Experience School which aired on Holliston Cable Television. Joe also worked with students helping them to write and act in their own films which also aired on local cable TV. In Music Appreciation class, Joe was able to teach these individuals music structure and by understanding that structure how to listen to many different genres of music including, Classical, Opera, Jazz, Country, Rock'n Roll, Heavy Metal, Rap, Pop and Punk.

Joe was invited to speak to Holliston high school teachers on the benefits of main streaming Special Needs students and the importance of IEP's.

Joe is married with two children living in Holliston, MA. He has a 28 yr old special needs daughter who is a daily client of the JRI Vogue and brother to a 55 yr old special needs sister currently living in a Charles River Arc group home in Natick, MA.

Joe also enjoys playing "fish" with his sister and her house mates every Thursday night.
